Dear Jake and the A-1 Remodeling Crew:
Just wanted to let you know how much satisfaction I got from having you put in your Basement DeWatering system and the E-Z Breathe Ventilation system.
I was always going into my basement and having to put up with this awful fowl smell and wetness on the floor. That water was a hassle and that smell was offensive. Since your crew put in the de watering system my basement has never been so dry. I don't see any mold anymore either. It is a genuine pleasure not having to mop up all that problem-sump water all year round.
And one more thing, that E-Z Breathe Ventilation machine..... Well, I call it my miracle machine. Let me explain... I have asthma. Had it for years now. In fact, I was visiting my doctor on a regular basis for it. He prescribed medicine for me and I had to rely on it to keep me so I could function daily. Well, to make a long story short, I had you put the machine in my basement. About two days later, I noticed something was missing. After a few trips into the cellar, I realized what it was. There was no more nasty smell. I thought Wow! That's great. About another week went by when I noticed I was breathing better. As time went by, I got better and better at breathing. After a few doctor visits, I was able to cut down on my medicine on a regular basis. And you know what?.... My doctor told me to just keep my puffer around in case I'm out and about and having a problem.
I'm a happy camper in my house. I even travel now and then. I wish I knew of that E-Z Breathe machine sooner. If I hear of anyone else with my water or health problems like my asthma, I am going to recommend that they call you and have both systems put in so they can enjoy life again too. Sincerely,

I wanted to let you know how happy we are with our EZ Breathe system so far. We had the EZ Breathe installed this past summer, and I was admittedly nervous. The unit itself is rather unimpressive in its size and runs so quietly, I couldn't imagine it making any difference in the dampness in our house. So, basically, we were taking you at your word and hoping for the best. So far we haven't been disappointed! Our basement is noticeably less musty smelling and warmer, and the damp spots on the floor have disappeared. Once the cold weather sets in, the windows in our second-floor bedroom would be dripping (literally) with water. Although we're just getting into the colder weather, our bedroom windows have been completely dry. Thank you for "wringing out" our house!

Since you were here and installed the E-Z Breathe unit I can relax in my house. I am so happy about the unit I tell all my friends about it and how it has helped me. I can't imagine how I survived without it for so long. Just lucky I guess.
Before I met you and your crew I was living day by day by taking the full daily dose of Benadryl. Could not miss a day without having an allergy problem. I was doing this for about 3 years by the time you got here.
When you originally came to my house and explained what the E-Z Breathe unit did, I was fascinated. As you told me what was going on in my house, I remembered seeing some dust dance around at times when the sun poured inside through a window. I didn't know all those unhealthy things like dust mites, mold spores and the like traveled around the house along with that dust. That made me do some thinking and I had you install the E-Z Breathe unit.
That was back in 2006. Let me tell you I would maybe sell my house; but I would never leave my E-Z Breathe there. It will go with me where ever I live.
Why? Because it makes me happy. It makes me healthy. I t got rid of my allergies, “quickly” I might ad. I now “only on a rare occasion” need a single Benadryl.
And to quote a phrase just like Martha Stewart, “That's what I call a good thing.” And “That makes my day.”
